I am…

a curious creature with diverse editorial and life experiences. I’ve managed to connect seemingly random dots over time to create a career that makes sense (to me) and serves others.

I currently work with therapy clients via somatic and nature-informed modalities and for media outlets and companies, writing and editing science-based environment and psychology articles, essays, books, scripts, and more. You can read my work in Psyche, PsychCentral, Verywell Mind, Health, Vox, Nautilus, Yoga Journal, and National Geographic, and on several health company sites.
